LOL Mark! I have been driving everyone crazy by playing "Slapped Actress" over and over and over again. I see you like Mark Lanegan too...I love the Screaming Trees but haven't tried any of the solo stuff yet.
Hiya, Mark! The Smithereens are my faves and they are also my good friends. I run Jim's MySpace (poorly, I admit, lately!) and FB pages. Stop by and say hi!
It most certainly is the Odeon. The guy sitting next to me at the show had actually seen Mott there in '73. I guess he could've been at the show that eventually wound up on "MTH Live." I couldn't have been more jealous.
Hey, welcome to The Tribe, Mark! LThere’s a lot coming in the next few months but for now, get in join some groups and get things lit up! Looks like yr doing pretty darn well already, mate! I see you got the same 70s hard rock fetish as I do.....check out the Hard 'n Heavy group that just started up yesterday.
Hey, if I may be so bold, RRT needs your help – PLEASE post the link to the site on your Facebook or Twitter account or just simply let your friends know – The Tribe wants others like you. YOU are the type of cool, rocking person that makes this all work – and I’m sure you have other friends that would really be totally down with what RRT is doing.
Hope all is well by you in (Live At) Leeds......

Yeah I have really gotten into NMA the last couple years. That is a shame about Ed, Vagabonds really is the one song that pulled me into the group. Though maybe he is happy busking in some way.
hey Mark...I lived for 6 months in London W1, back in the early eighties, during a forgettable album (unfortunate really), but there was 11 pubs within one block radius
in all directions. This made it one of my favorite locations of course.....my appreciations have broadened over the years..but I still dig your turf..alot.
nice to hook up...peace, e
As I said, my list is endless. I just happened to have more British bands rolling off my fingers just then. If I listed everything, I'd probably use up the character limit. Looks like this site is getting a lot of response, and that's very cool!
So Mike Nesmith. Yeah. WTF, right? Private, reclusive, mysterious for many years. A couple of years back, he got on Facebook and he posts long, winding tales about himself, his dogs, his home, his past, and a really lovely Mother's Day post last weekend. Photos go up. The whole thing. It's like he disappeared and then came back on his own terms. I didn't know how to take it. I'm a huge Monkees fan, no doubt. And, being a woman/girl of a certain age, I have a favorite and that favorite is Mike.…See More
