I know there are tons of Nick Lowe fans here in the Tribe who will welcome the rerelease of that great album. YepRoc featured Mr. Lowe and a lengthy interview about all the alcohol induced recordings that make up one of Mr. Lowe's classics--"Lowe sets the record straight on a few of our long-burning questions about the album. 'I can't remember having a plan at all, but it was terrific fun,' he says." See it all here:
The article says the disk will be available March 15. (I checked--only one extra cut--"Basing Street" which was the b-side to "American Squirm.") We Americans also get "Endless Grey Ribbon," a former Brit only release. Price? Cheaper on Amazon at 13.64 (American).

LONG overdue - was out for a short time years ago on CD then GONE. I've only had my vinyl for years now.....I'm so all over this one!

Yeah, right. Most certainly deserves a rerelease. Interesting that Nick not only recalled but mentioned Hurriganes and Albert Järvinen. As far as I can recall, I've posted some samples here and there on RRT.
