Bob Gruen-Rock Seen
In the Webster's dictionary on the term craftsmanship, the word means skilled -artisan. That is how best can be described the body of work done by Bob Gruen. Bob Gruen is a skilled artisan and his work speaks for its self.
Its all here, especially the iconic photos of John Lennon, Kiss, Led Zeppelin, and the Ramones. As well as, other great photos of the New York City rock scene where Gruen shot many great photos on many great nights at CBGB's, Max's Kansas City, and Madison Square Garden.
There other great photos such as Debbie Harry being photographed in Coney Island, 1977 with a cyclone rollercoaster as the back drop as well as photos of Black Sabbath being photographed at Central Park and Little Richard backstage at Madison Square Garden in 1970, and many others. It's excellent book, one that you should get for your home.
