True story: Last year my daughter went to a private Christian school. When I picked her up from pre-K, the teacher pulled me aside and said, "I need to tell you that Faith Melody interrupted the Bible lesson today with a Queen song." My response, "Oh yeah, which one?" Of course it was "We Will Rock You." What could I say? My baby knows how to rock!

I'm a Rock and Roll Mom but my babies are all grown up! Both daughters grew up listening to my music in the car while I drove them to school. They definitely have discerning taste when it comes to music.

I made the girls watch It Might Get Loud last night. The 9yo fell asleep, but the 14yo seemed to really like it and now wants some White Stripes, U2 and Zep on her iPod ;)
