HI folks, want to hear some great pop, from a international Music Collective I'm part of, The Maladaptive Solution, with Michael Carpenter, and Mick Giblin, and others.  Great hooky songs, and a great cover.  More to come.

Kool Kat Musik just made available a disc of Records rare and unreleased tracks  (about a dozen very hooky pop songs and demos) . Great stuff. You can her sound sample here. Also here's a link to the Records site and one to the Kool Kat catalog page should you wish to get someone a very nice holiday gift!

Glad you like it. Yeah, Birk is really good. he's an interesting story. put out a really good full length earlier this year called Speed Queen Mystery Date. I'd definitely recommend it. Thanks for checking out the vid, Bruce.

I'm not sure if anyone has posted anything about this...but I just received my copy of Redd Kross - Researching The Blues. So awesome! Great powerpop record. I listened to it 4 times last night. Can't wait to hear it again.

So Mike Nesmith. Yeah. WTF, right? Private, reclusive, mysterious for many years. A couple of years back, he got on Facebook and he posts long, winding tales about himself, his dogs, his home, his past, and a really lovely Mother's Day post last weekend. Photos go up. The whole thing. It's like he disappeared and then came back on his own terms. I didn't know how to take it. I'm a huge Monkees fan, no doubt. And, being a woman/girl of a certain age, I have a favorite and that favorite is Mike.…See More
