"Clamour for Glamour," by Malmo, Sweden's The Ark, hooked (and I do mean hooked) me long before first seeing the video (which was about five minutes ago). I tend to like hearing the music first before getting the visuals. If you're likewise, click play and squeeze lids.
BTW, this is my first time to try and embed a vid here, so I hope it works.

Not exactly glam but this guy had a few great and successful singles in UK at the same time. Rock On may have charted in US, too. Herewith the B side of the 4th single Gonna Make You a Star. Reasonably scary sounding piece.

Got the T. Rex "The Slider" reissue on Fat Possum. Nice package, and always good to hear that Flo and Eddie wail over Bolan's Les Paul.

If we feature Britny Fox cover of Gudbye 'T'Jane we definitely need to have something by the originators, too. Let's have one of the few covers they recorded.

The album Slayed? is top drawer.

So Mike Nesmith. Yeah. WTF, right? Private, reclusive, mysterious for many years. A couple of years back, he got on Facebook and he posts long, winding tales about himself, his dogs, his home, his past, and a really lovely Mother's Day post last weekend. Photos go up. The whole thing. It's like he disappeared and then came back on his own terms. I didn't know how to take it. I'm a huge Monkees fan, no doubt. And, being a woman/girl of a certain age, I have a favorite and that favorite is Mike.…See More
