I've completed my 3rd solo album "Nightmare @ 20,000 Watts"...have run it up the flagpole via MP3s on iTunes and Amazon but nothing says 'I've done it' like a real life CD version. Raising money to do just that. Those who donate will get 2 bonus discs! You can listen to the tracks at http://radio3.cbc.ca/#/bands/Jaimie-Vernon

The album tracks start 3/4s the way down my profile page starting with the song "Radio Killed The Radio Star"

Speaking of The Genuine Fakes, I hope they won't mind a little mutual plug...I've added several songs from their new CD to my songza station, "Ilkster's Choice." 2000+ powerpop & related songs, about two thirds of which are artists from the 90's and beyond.

There’s a brand new band in town! Well not new, formed in late 2005 in Stockholm, The Genuine Fakes pack a Power Pop Punch and some cool mustaches too. Think "Todd Rundgren/Utopia meets Cheap Trick meets Jellyfish". Get the picture? Good! Now go and get their debut disc "The Striped Album" http://thestripedalbum.com/

A hopeless romantic with a victorious fist. That fact that he looks like a young Chuck Barris makes it even cooler.
