Do you have any other lyrics to go on? The only thing that I can guess that is even close is "Black Country Rock" by David Bowie.

Here is a list of songs from allmusic.com that has stuff close to that title...my guess that you can disregard the Roger Whitaker and Royal Scottish National Orchestra entries right away...samples on the others provided so that you can "redisover" that song...
