Don't Fear the Reaper!  :)
Surprising, since your name is not Eugene.
Practical, simple, memorable. Had to laugh out loud at that one.

" I used to be disgusted.  Now I try to be amused."

"Meet the new boss---Same as the old boss!"

Soul rather than Rawk, but in "Heard It Through The Grapevine" Mr Gaye dispenses excellent advice. in "...believe half of what you see, son, and none of what you hear."

Love Hurts - no duh!

Love Stinks - yup..., at times it can

Every Rose Has It's Thorn - yeah it does...

Them songs sure could bring a tear to your eye when you had a broken heart but who sang love stinks?

Im thinking and a-wonderin all the way down the road

i once loved a woman, a child im told

i gave her my heart but she wanted my soul

but dont think twice its all right

I know Bob Dylan isnt really rock but that song sure emphasised how I felt after some painfull break ups.

um yeah - see my post - they are statements as well as advice to a would-be newbie in that field:

Love Hurts - no duh!

Love Stinks - yup..., at times it can

Every Rose Has It's Thorn - yeah it does...

nah - I don't own a single CD by Supertramp - I hear a few of their songs on the radio all the time and cannot bring myself to buy anything by them - do they have anything as good or better than the 2 or 3 songs they play on the radio?

So Mike Nesmith. Yeah. WTF, right? Private, reclusive, mysterious for many years. A couple of years back, he got on Facebook and he posts long, winding tales about himself, his dogs, his home, his past, and a really lovely Mother's Day post last weekend. Photos go up. The whole thing. It's like he disappeared and then came back on his own terms. I didn't know how to take it. I'm a huge Monkees fan, no doubt. And, being a woman/girl of a certain age, I have a favorite and that favorite is Mike.…See More
